Im enjoying the experience and the design of the app a lot. Yahoo is slowly winning me over with this one.

I use this app frequently on my iPhone, and generally like the range of articles that are selected for me. I’d like to have the opportunity to change the focus a bit… more of one type of news or less of another. On my Apple Watch, it doesn’t load content even though I’m in Canada—just shows a graphic saying ‘Other regions coming soon’ which is frustrating given it shows a Canadian flag! And on iPad, I’d love a vertical (portrait) view option as that’s how I prefer to read on my iPad.

Very nicely designed with great links to background content for the primary stories.

I really like the format and style of Yahoo news. On my iPhone, Id therefore give 4 or 5 stars. However, on my Apple Watch the app tells me that "other regions coming soon" when my region is clearly available on the app. So, overall, 3 stars.

OOPS is all that I receive. Cannot use it after downloading twice. Not what I expect from a company like Yahoo OOPS is correct for the name of this app After several days of oooooops it is not friendly to use. Lots of other news apps that present you with a summary right up front and then you can choose what to read rather than swiping

Every time I check it, it says Oops something happened but well be back soon. I can never actually get reliable news.

Cant complain about it. It would be nice if there was a bit more selection, but overall it does the job.

Great when it works. Current, relevant unbiased news. But can expect an "Oops something happened" at least one day a week. Youd think by now Yahoo would have figured out a fix for this. Such an irritant thats why only 3 stars.

Its great how theres no option for personalization so your feed doesnt become homogenized , and how its not just a firehose of stories flooding the app. A+

Do understand regional news may not make it to the top 8 that its providing. But almost none make it to "read more". Nice app. Want more Canadian news. Im not even asking for Ontario news...Canadian will do.

The design is nice but this digest is sufficient only for non-sentient life forms living in the USA.

Its an OK app that gives you some quick info about whats going on around the world. But you can only read 6 pieces of news at a time, which is kind of a disappointment. And you have to wait about 12 hours to get your next 6 pieces of news. Another downside is that if you were reading something interesting, its not going to stay forever. I think that the creators should add a function that lets you revisit news you have already seen before. Content on here is also repetitive. You often will see similar content between each feed. So take your chances on a different app if you dont like to read the same thing everyday. Overall, I can see that the creators focused more on the design than the overall focus. And its pretty obvious that some of the 5-star reviews here are fake. The final thing that I hear everyone complain about is the constant message of "OOPS!" So far its not going too badly for me, but I have a feeling it will start saying "OOPS!" quite often from now on.

Lately has trouble connecting but still good

I can keep up with headlines quickly. Clear, concise, easy, perfect. An oops is sometimes a necessary path to something greater.

Good for an overview of yesterdays news.

They should change the name of this APP to OOPS! NOT WORTH DOWNLOADING... BETTER NEWS APPS AVAILABLE.
